In Spring, 2009, Carolinas R/C introduced our Indoor Dirt Oval track.  This track, which is integrated into our Off-road layout, is designed for 1/10 Late Models, Sprint Cars, and Sliders. 
The track is roughly 80' x 40'.  The track is watered and maintained weekly. 

The Driver's Stand is one of the biggest and best in the country!  It is extremely wide, long, and stable, and can handle about 20 people at once.  The scoring tower underneath has a state of the art AMB Timing system and PA System.

The track is made from hard "Carolina Red Clay", which is repeatedly watered and packed for a hard, smooth racing surface.

PRACTICE
The track is open for Dirt Oval practice every Monday from 4:00pm - 6:00pm and Tuesday from 10:00am - 7:00pm.

You can bring any electric car or truck to practice...sorry, no Nitro vehicles! 

You can also Rent one of our Losi Slider Sprint Cars to play on the track with...we take care of all the maintenance and battery charging..all you have to do is have fun!

Practice is $5.00 per day.  Monthly passes are also available.

RACING
We race every Tuesday night starting at 7pm, and generally finish between 10-11pm, depending on the number of racers.  Tuesday night races consist of two rounds of qualifying, and then mains. 

Don't be intimidated to race!  While there are some fast, experienced racers, there are also plenty of newer racers who are still learning.  There are plenty of people around willing to help out with any questions you may have!
