The Carolinas R/C Indoor Off-Road track has been built specifically for 1/10 scale Off-Road buggies and trucks.  It was constructed in November, 2007, and took 60 dump trucks full of dirt, over 2000 pounds of lumber, and over 750 man hours of work to complete. 

The track is roughly 110' x 50', and average lap times (depending on the layout) are around 23 seconds, with some guys turning laps under 20 seconds!  The track is watered and maintained weekly, and the layout is changed every 2-3 months. 

The Driver's Stand is one of the biggest and best in the country!  It is extremely wide, long, and stable, and can handle about 20 people at once.  The scoring tower underneath has a state of the art AMB Timing system and PA System.

The track is made from hard "Carolina Red Clay", which is repeatedly watered and packed for a hard, smooth racing surface.   Tires of choice are currently Panther Switch 2.0 (clay compound) and Losi Taper Pins (pink compound).

PRACTICE
The track is open for practice every day expect for Monday (see Hours above).

You can bring any electric car or truck to practice...sorry, no Nitro vehicles! 

You can also Rent one of our Traxxas Slash trucks to play on the track with...we take care of all the maintenance and battery charging..all you have to do is have fun!

Practice is $5.00 per day.  Monthly passes are also available.

RACING
We race every Wednesday night starting at 7pm, and generally finish between 10-11pm, depending on the number of racers.  Wednesday night races consist of two rounds of qualifying, and then mains. 

We race most Saturdays during the day.  Racing starts at 1pm, and generally finishes between 4-6pm, depending on the number of racers.  Saturday races consist of three rounds of qualifying, and then mains. 

You can also Rent one of our Traxxas Slash trucks to race with...we take care of all the maintenance and battery charging..all you have to do is have fun!

Don't be intimidated to race!  While there are some fast, experienced racers, there are also plenty of newer racers who are still learning.  There are plenty of people around willing to help out with any questions you may have!

We have large custom-built pit tables, which are all powered with 120V electricity...enough pit spots for 80+ racers.

We have a few stools, but we recommend you bring your own stool to be sure you have a comfortable place to sit.  












We offer concessions on most Wednesday and Saturday race days. 

Our food offerings vary...our normal selection includes Hot Dogs, Nachos, Pulled Pork BBQ, and Pizza.    Some days we cook out, and offer Hamburgers and Hot Dogs.  Other days we offer food catered by Paventi's Pizzeria, including Pizza, Wings, and Subs.
