Earning Points

• You will earn one (1) RC Reward point for every dollar you spend on merchandise in the webstore.
• Some merchandise may be eligible for earning extra points (example:  Earn double points on Proline tires) during promotions.  Each item that is eligible for additional points will be clearly marked.
• Some merchandise may not be eligible for earning points.  Any items that will not earn you points will be clearly marked.
• Points are only earned for merchandise.  Shipping, tax, and other fees do not earn points.
• You do not earn points for merchandise purchased with a Gift Certificates.  (example:   If you buy $50 in merchandise, and pay with a $50 gift certificate, you will not earn any points.  If you buy $50 in merchandise, and pay with a $20 gift certificate (and pay the remaining $30 by check or credit card), you will earn 30 points)
• You may use discount codes and still earn points, but you will not earn points on the portion of the merchandise that the discount code covers.  (example:  If you buy $100 in merchandise, and use a $5 discount code, you will earn 95 points)
• RC Reward points started automatically being earned in early May, 2007 for all current customers.  Any orders placed prior to that time are not eligible to earn points.
• Points will be revoked for cancelled and returned orders, as well as all returned items 
• If an order is cancelled or returned, and the reward points have already been redeemed, we reserve the right to revoke reward gift certificates.
• RC Reward points are not earned for orders placed in our parts trailer.
• RC Reward points can be earned for orders placed in our hobby shop.  You must ask the associate to credit your points prior to checking out.   
• There will be additional ways to earn points coming soon.  Stay tuned! 

• RC Rewards has three different Customer Reward Levels.  The higher level you are, the more you earn with your reward points!
• Customer Rewards Levels are based on the total amount of your purchases from Carolinas R/C in the past 365 days. 
• You can view your current Customer Rewards Level by clicking View My Account on Carolinas R/C.
• Bronze Level - If you have purchased $1249.99 or less from Carolinas R/C in the past year, you will be in the Bronze Level. 
• Silver Level - If you have purchased between $1250.00 and $2999.99 from Carolinas R/C in the past year, you will be in the Silver Level. 
• Gold Level - If you have purchased over $3000.00 from Carolinas R/C in the past year, you will be in the Gold Level. 

Redeeming Points

• RC Rewards points may be redeemed for Gift Certificates.  The number of points required for a Gift Certificate will depend on your Customer Reward Level (see above).
• The more points you save, the better gift certificate you can get!
• RC Rewards Gift Certificates can not be used on orders that have already been placed.  They must be used on new orders.  You must remember to redeem your Gift Certificates before paying for your order. 
• RC Rewards Gift Certificates may be used in conjunction with Discount Codes.  Enter discount codes in the discount code box at the bottom of the shopping cart.  Enter RC Rewards Gift Certificates in the gift certificate box at the bottom of the screen just before payment. 
• Only one Gift Certificate can be used per order.
• To redeem points, click View My Account on Carolinas R/C, and click Redeem Points.
• Additional items for redemption will be available soon, including tires, ball bearings, and more!

General Rules

• RC Rewards Points and RC Rewards Gift Certificates have no cash value.
• RC Rewards Points may not be transferred between accounts.
• Carolinas RC reserves the right to make changes to the RC Rewards program at any time.
